A year ago today, Baptist21 was launched. It has been a very encouraging year to our contributors. God has been gracious to our work and we are grateful for all those that have played a part in it. We are thankful for those of you that take time weekly to read our material; we hope that it is helpful. To commemorate our first year, we want to look back at the last year and look to the year ahead.

- This Past Year: has been a great blessing. We posted 158 blogs in the past year on various topics. People in 75 countries and 6 continents have visited our blog. We have conducted Podcast interviews with Johnny Hunt, Paige Patterson, James Merritt, Flame, Ed Stetzer, Brad Waggoner, Thom Rainer, Alvin Reid, Mark Liederbach, John Cross, Brad White, Aaron Coe, David Platt, Nathan Knight, Joey Craft, David Nelson, Dwayne Milioni, and J.D. Greear.
In addition, we were able to host a Panel Lunch at the Annual SBC that featured Danny Akin, Mark Dever, Albert Mohler, Daniel Montgomery, David Platt, and Ed Stetzer. The attendance at the panel surpassed capacity and was attended by more than 600, many of them young pastors. Here are some of the resources from that event: b21 Panel Video (part 1), b21 Panel Video (Part 2), b21 Panel- Promo Video (Ed Stetzer), B21 Panel Promo Video: Dr. Danny Akin, and B21 Panel Promo: Dr. Albert Mohler.
- The Future: Baptist21 is working on some very exciting things for the next year. In addition to our regular blogging, we will soon be re-launching our Vision Series that we announced months ago. Here is the introduction to and the outline for where we will take this series: SBC21: The Duties and Dangers of This Present Hour — Part 1 and SBC21: The Duties and Dangers of This Present Hour — Part 2. We will also be announcing this week a panel lunch during the 9Marks “God Exposed” Conference on the campus of Southeastern Seminary. In addition, stay tuned for several regional panel lunches throughout the country that we hope to announce soon. Finally, we will be putting on another lunch panel at this year’s SBC in Orlando. Stay tuned for more details.

- We are replacing our Favorites Page with a New Resources Page: In the days to come we will be replacing our current favorites page with a page that will consist of various topics that our readers may be thinking through, such as church planting. This page will list resources that are available online or in print that we think will be of help to our readers in that area.
